1) Pre-heat oven to 400ºF (200ºC), Convection oven to 370 ºF (188 ºC), 2) Place the frozen pie on a baking sheet. 3) Bake for 50-60 mins until the pastry is golden brown. 4) Remove the pie from the oven and cool completely before slicing or packaging.
